What is Slow Food? Slow Food is an idea, a way of living and a way of eating. It is part of a global, grassroots movement with thousands of members in over 150 countries. 

2018 Festival

The Sixth Annual Rio Vista Slow Food Festival will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018. The event will feature farm fresh foods, wines, art, music and more.
